Update Day: January 2019

It's almost the end of January, which means tomorrow is time for another Update Day.

For those of you who are new to this bloghop, a group of us writing bloggers are setting some big/important/crazy goals, and then updating each other once a month on our progress or lack thereof. The accountability that comes from doing this is just awesome, but the other handy benefit is that it usually feels good to really look back at what we achieved in a month, because it's rarely nothing, even if we might not have done anything for our big goals.

Anyone is welcome to join, as long as they follow the rules. Please note that you HAVE to link to your post, or we can't find you.

How to Take Part in the Got Goals? Bloghop:

Step 1: Set yourself a crazy, important, or otherwise ambitious goal (or goals).
Step 2: Try to do something towards achieving that goal every month.
Step 3: Post an update of your progress on your blog on the last Friday of the month. Remember to use the graphic above so we can easily spot it.
Step 4: Link to your Update Day post in the comments below.
Step 5: Check in with other participants so you can advise and/or encourage them.

  2. Hi guys. I haven't forgotten, but I just pulled a 10-hour day of pretty much only writing for my contract job, so my brain is fried. I'll post my update tomorrow, when the idea of typing another sentence doesn't make me want to cry.

  3. I, too, am just a little behind. BUT it's because I'm finishing the ARC copy of my latest book to get it to the reviewers.
    Will post my update soon!

Quick shoutout to Misha for not sending me an accusatory letter (which I would have deserved) and simply keeping the Update Days going without me. I can't guarantee I'll be much more
